Managing Your Customers

Learn how to manage your customer database and perform common actions like adding customers, managing points, and more.

Adding a New Customer

To add a new customer to your database:

  1. Click the "Add Customer" button at the top of the table
  2. Fill out the customer details in the modal that appears
  3. Click "Save" to add the customer to your database

Customer Actions

For each customer in the table, you can perform several actions through the more options menu (three dots):

  • Add Points: Award loyalty points to the customer
  • Redeem Points: Process a point redemption
  • Delete: Remove the customer from your database

Search and Filter

Use the search bar above the customer table to quickly filter and find specific customers by their details.
